El domingo 22 de Abril de 2018, dos
maestras de Infantil del C.E.I.P. “El Santo”, Carolina Lucendo y Mª Teresa
Castillo, viajamos a Vratsa, una ciudad a 107 Km de la capital búlgara.
Allí estuvimos 6 días para participar en
un “Job Shadowing” en el Kindergarten “Zname Na Mira”, que significa “Bandera de Paz”.

On Sunday, April 22, 2018, two teachers
of the C.E.I.P. "El Santo", Carolina Lucendo and Mª Teresa Castillo,
traveled to Vratsa, a city 107 km from the Bulgarian capital.
There we were 6 days to participate in a
"Job Shadowing" in the kindergarten "Zname Na Mira", which
means "Flag of Peace". This visit is part of the Erasmus + KA1
project "Changing method and ICT towards real inclusion" that we are

El objetivo de este viaje era la observación, en una
escuela infantil, de su método de
enseñanza para aprender otras metodologías en la etapa de educación infantil,
con el objetivo de actualizar nuestros actuales métodos y así ofrecer a
nuestros alumnos/as una enseñanza innovadora y de calidad adaptada al marco
europeo.
The objective of this trip was observation, in an infant
school, of his method of teaching to learn other methodologies in the early
childhood education stage, with the aim of updating our current methods and
thus offer our students an innovative and quality teaching adapted to the
framework European.
El lunes visitamos las instalaciones del
centro y tuvimos un encuentro con las maestras donde nos presentamos e intercambiamos
impresiones.
On Monday we visited the school's facilities and had a
meeting with the teachers where we presented and exchanged impressions.
El martes tuvimos un caluroso recibimiento por
parte del alumnado con canciones, bailes y danzas búlgaras, también bailamos
alguna canción española, “La Macarena”. Después visitamos las distintas aulas,
nos presentamos a su alumnado y observamos una situación de enseñanza de la
literatura con una actividad motivadora: las dos profesoras se disfrazan de
piratas, les dan a los niños un mapa con pistas para encontrar el tesoro,
buscan por su aula el tesoro, que es un cofre con un cuento de una princesa que
está dormida y para despertarla tienen que hacer un rompecabezas que consiste en adivinar la palabra que
esconde. Por último, nos reunimos con las maestras para contrastar el modelo
educativo en Bulgaria y en España.
On Tuesday we had a warm welcome from the students with
songs and Bulgarian dances, we also danced a Spanish song, "La
Macarena". After we visited the different classrooms, we introduced
ourselves to their students and observed a literary teaching situation with a
motivating activity: the two teachers disguised themselves as pirates, gave the
children a map with clues to find the treasure, they looked for their classroom
the treasure, which is a chest with a story of a princess who is asleep and to
wake her up they have to make a puzzle that consists in guessing the word that
hides. Finally, we met with the teachers to contrast the educational model in
Bulgaria and Spain.
El miércoles observamos una situación de
Educación Física. Después realizamos una visita al centro de la ciudad para ver un encuentro de centros
educativos, en el que todos muestran información educativa para familias y
alumnos y que éstos puedan elegir la escuela donde quieren estudiar. Allí
hablamos con el alcalde y la delegada de educación de la ciudad. También nos
reunimos con las maestras para hablar del modelo educativo de nuestras
escuelas. Por último, visitamos el entorno natural de Vratsa, la montaña, su
atractivo turístico, rutas de senderismo y cuevas (actividades que realizan los
On Wednesday
we observed a Physical Education lesson. Then we made a visit to the city
center to attend to a meeting of educational schools, in which all show educational
information for families and students and that they can choose the school where
they want to study. There we spoke with the mayor and the education delegate of
the city. We also meet with the teachers to talk about the educational model of
our schools. Finally, we visit the natural environment of Vratsa, the mountain,
its tourist attraction, hiking trails and caves (activities carried out by children).
El jueves observamos una “kreatiniada” es una actividad
colectiva por medio de la cual todas las clases se unen en el patio para hacer
actividades conjuntamente, referidas a la situación de trabajo realizada
durante la semana. Suele ser los viernes. Esta semana el tema es realizar la
actividad que más le gusta a cada niño/a. Se preparan diferentes actividades en
diferentes zonas del patio y cada niño/a libremente elige la que más le gusta.
On Thursday we observed a "kreatiniada" is a
collective activity through which all the classes come together in the
playground to do activities together, referring to the work done during
the week. It's usually on Fridays. This week the theme is to perform the
activity that most likes each child. Different activities are prepared in
different areas of the playground and each child freely chooses the one that he
likes the most.
El viernes asistimos al aniversario de un colegio
vecino, el cual invitó al jardín de infancia a su acto de celebración, un espectáculo
donde se entregaron premios a los mejores estudiantes y cada curso preparó una
actuación desde los bailes más tradicionales a los más modernos, con
interpretaciones de canto de los mejores estudiantes de música, así como la
celebración de la independencia y fin de guerra en la localidad de Vratsa.
Finalmente, nos despedimos de las maestras y los alumnos y nos trasladamos al
aeropuerto de Sofía para volver a España.
On Friday we attended the anniversary of a neighboring
school, which invited the kindergarten to its celebration, a show where awards
were given to the best students and each course prepared a performance from the
most traditional to the most modern, with singing performances of the best
music students, as well as the celebration of independence and end of war in
the town of Vratsa. Finally, we said goodbye to the teachers and students and
we moved to Sofia airport to return to Spain.
Tras esta experiencia, solo nos queda concluir
que ha sido muy enriquecedora tanto educativa como culturalmente. La forma de
enseñar con los enfoques de aprendizaje básicos: enfoque constructivo, enfoques
de investigación y aprendizaje cooperativo son muy interesantes y motivadores
para los pequeños y la vida social de la
ciudad es muy distinta a la nuestra, es una cultura con aspectos muy antiguos
en época pero al mismo tiempo muy innovador en tecnología.
After this experience, we can only conclude that it has
been very enriching both educationally and culturally. The way of teaching with
the basic learning approaches: constructive approach, research approaches and
cooperative learning are very interesting and motivating for the little ones
and the social life of the city is very different from ours, it is a culture
with very old aspects in epoch but at the same time very innovative in
technology.
