TALLERES ERASMUS+: COMPARTIMOS EXPERIENCIAS CON LOS COMPAÑEROS

ERASMUS + WORKSHOPS: WE SHARE EXPERIENCES WITH TEACHERS

Durante la última semana de junio se han realizado en el centro los talleres para compartir con los compañeros las últimas movilidades realizadas dentro de nuestro proyecto Erasmus+KA1 Changing methodologies and ICT towards a real Inclusion.

Primero, expusieron los compañeros que hicieron un Job Shadowing en el centro  ICS "R.Giovagnoli" de Monterotondo , Italia, para observar cómo trabajan la Inclusión, del 5 al 9 de noviembre de 2018.

During the last week of June, workshops were held at the school to share with colleagues the latest mobilities carried out within our project Erasmus + KA1 Changing methodologies and ICT towards a real Inclusion.

First, the colleagues who did a Job Shadowing at the ICS center "R.Giovagnoli" in Monterotondo, Italy, explained how the Inclusion works, from November 5 to 9, 2018.

Nos contaron los aspectos más significativos de su experiencia y se debatió sobre los que se podrían aplicar en nuestro centro como:

·         Mayor aprovechamiento de los recursos del entorno

·         Grupos de Infantil de 3,4 y 5 años mezclados.

Cómo conclusiones de su experiencia:

·         Sensibilidad hacia la Inclusión

·         Coordinación entre docentes

·         Los alumnos con necesidades especiales participan en todas las actividades

·         Mas recursos personales

They told us the most significant aspects of their experience and discussed what could be applied in our school as:

• Greater use of environmental resources

• Children groups of 3,4 and 5 years mixed.

How conclusions of your experience:

• Sensitivity towards Inclusion

• Coordination among teachers

• Students with special needs participate in all activities

• More personal resources

Después las compañeras que realizaron el curso sobre INCLUSIÓN Designing Inclusive Educational Environments  en  Nafplio (Grecia), durante una semana en el mes de marzo, nos contaron los aspectos teóricos más significativos que se habían impartido durante el mismo, así como, los aspectos prácticos que podemos utilizar en nuestras aulas:

Técnicas de aprendizaje cooperativo:

·         Jigsaw method

·         Flipped classroom

·         PBL

·         Think pair share

·         Co-teaching

Afterwards, the colleagues who took the course on INCLUSION Designing Inclusive Educational Environments in Nafplio (Greece), during a week in March, told us about the most significant theoretical aspects that had been taught during the course, as well as the practical aspects that we can use in our classrooms:

Cooperative learning techniques:

• Jigsaw method

• Flipped classroom

• PBL

• Think pair share

• Co-teaching

Por último, los compañeros que realizaron un job shadowing durante el mes de mayo en el centro Szkoła Podstawowa nr 7 de  Elf en Polonia , para observar cómo trabajan la Inclusión, nos contaron su experiencia.

Finally, the colleagues who did a job shadowing during the month of May at the Szkoła Podstawowa nr 7 Elf center in Poland, to observe how Inclusion works, told us about their experience.

 Destacaron como aspectos más significativos de los que habían observado:

·         Aprovechamiento del tiempo

·         Claridad en las exposiciones de los profesores

·         Orden y armonía d ellos alumnos

·         Responsabilidad

·         Eficacia

They highlighted the most significant aspects of what they had observed:

• Use of time

 • Clarity in the teachers' exhibitions

 • Order and harmony of the students

• Responsibility

 • Efficiency

Con esta sesión de debate, hemos pretendido aumentar la difusión y el impacto que estas movilidades tienen en el centro y destacamos que ha sido muy provechosa.

With this session of debate, we have tried to increase the diffusion and the impact that these mobilities have at the school and we emphasize that it has been very profitable.
